Terms and Conditions – Custom Eircode Signs

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of all custom Eircode signs sold by Pathways Inclusive Services CLG. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Custom-Made Products
All Eircode signs are custom-made to the specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the Eircode, address details, spelling, and any other information submitted are accurate at the time of ordering.
Pathways Inclusive Services CLG is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Quality Control
Every Eircode sign is individually inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. We take care to ensure all products are manufactured and packaged appropriately before dispatch.
4. Sales Policy
Due to the customised nature of Eircode signs:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once production has commenced, except as outlined in Section 5 below.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a sign arrives damaged in transit or contains a manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Pathways Inclusive Services CLG within 30 days of purchase.
To request a replacement, customers should provide:
Proof of purchase.
Photographs showing the damage or defect.
Contact details for follow-up.
Upon verification, a replacement sign will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
No refunds will be issued. Eligible claims will receive a replacement product only.
6. Replacement Timeframe
Approved replacement orders will be completed and dispatched as soon as reasonably possible. Pathways Inclusive Services CLG aims to process replacement requests within 30 days of the original purchase date.
7. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Pathways Inclusive Services CLG is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pathways Inclusive Services CLG's liability is limited to the replacement of defective or transit-damaged products as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
9. Mission Support
Customers acknowledge that proceeds from Eircode sign sales support the charitable and educational mission of Pathways Inclusive Services CLG, helping to make communication, education, and training more accessible and affordable for nonspeaking and minimally speaking autistic individuals and their families.
