Pathways Inclusive Services CLG is an Irish nonprofit organisation dedicated to empowering nonspeaking and minimally speaking autistic individuals through accessible communication, education, training, and community inclusion. Our Mission

Pathways Inclusive Services works to help autistic individuals demonstrate their intelligence, understanding, thoughts, and preferences through accessible communication methods. What We Do

• Provide training and workshops for parents, families, educators, and professionals.

• Develop and distribute communication materials including letterboards, stencils, and learning resources.

• Promote literacy, learning, and inclusion for nonspeaking and minimally speaking autistic individuals.

• Advocate for the right of every person to communicate and be heard.

Global Accessibility

Pathways Inclusive Services is committed to making communication supports available worldwide by translating materials and training into multiple languages. Supported Employment

The organisation is developing supported employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, enabling them to participate in the production, distribution, and administration of educational and communication materials while gaining meaningful employment and skills. Funding Through Eircode Signs

Pathways Inclusive Services also sells custom weatherproof Eircode signs. Proceeds from every Eircode sign sold are reinvested into the organisation's mission to:

• Make communication supports more affordable.

• Produce communication materials in multiple languages.

• Train families and professionals.

• Increase awareness and advocacy.

• Support nonspeaking and minimally speaking autistic individuals and their families.

Every Eircode sign purchased helps create greater access to communication, education, and inclusion for autistic individuals who may otherwise face barriers to being understood and heard.
